Ruth Owusu-Ansah serves as the Co-Founder and Director of Strategy and Business Analysis at Rubemi. With a solid background in international HR management and strategic planning, she spearheads the company’s commercial development, financial forecasting, and policy alignment strategies. Ruth's diverse professional experience across the UK and Ghana allows her to blend analytical rigor with a deep commitment to sustainability and social impact. Her leadership is instrumental in driving Rubemi’s mission forward.

Benjamin Akomanyi serves as the Co-Founder and Director of Technical Innovation at Rubemi. He possesses extensive hands-on experience in environmental systems design and sustainable technologies, playing a key role in guiding the sustainable development of the company’s AI-driven methane capture and biogas solutions. Benjamin is committed to field testing and systems deployment, ensuring that Rubemi delivers scalable and efficient agri-tech solutions.

Michael Asempah is a dedicated co-founder and agro scientist with a strong educational background, holding an MPhil in Agribusiness Management fromame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MSc in Data Analytics from the Berlin School of Business and Innovation. With experience in business operations at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture in Ghana, he brings valuable insights to the field. Michael has authored research publications and is actively involved in ongoing projects aimed at advancing agricultural practices. He leads research and experiments focused on enhancing the company’s product offerings.
